Call Logs and Voicemail don't show all rows

The Call Logs and Voicemail pages have options to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows at a time, but they should also have an option to "Show All Rows", (like the Contacts page does).
This would, for example, make it easier to find a specific item in a long list, using the browser's "Find in Page..." command.
