Two Devices for Private Account

I have a primary and secondary number. The primary is for the Main account and the secondary for a Private (Office) account. Each account/number has one HD3 device assigned. It all seems to work as expected.

When I log into the Main account at MyOoma and go to Menu > Preferences > Devices each account has (1) device assigned as expected.

However, when I log into the Private (Office) account at MyOoma and go to Menu > Preferences > Devices I see (2) HD3 devices listed for the "Office" account, each with the same Device ID. One with a green dot, the other without. They are obviously the same device so why are there two shown?

Only (1) of the devices can be deleted and doing so simply reverts it to the default name HD3-HS but both devices are still shown, both named HD3-HS. It seems very odd. Is this normal or did I make a mistake when setting things up?
