Web Portal is not available can’t connect to the server at my.ooma.com

Talked to customer service, they are aware of the problem and asked what internet provider I'm with,
(Spectrum in Austin TX).

In my case it seems to be a Spectrum problem.

I was able to access the web portal using a cell phone using google Fi. It asked me to update my credit card info. I was able to make the changes I needed to in the portal.

I then tried accessing through Spectrum's service now that the cc info was up to date. No luck... still no connection on spectrum.

Other users have also reported issues with Spectrum blocking UDP/TCP ports.

When I tred to log in to my Ooma portal it says "This site can't be reached." Apparently, this has been going on for months. When I called Ooma, they said that they have no technical issues and there is nothing they can do about it. I tried it on 2 computers using Chrome and Librewolf browsers. Still didn't work. I finally got out my old Sony Vaio laptop running Linux Mint. Using the Firefox browser, I got into my Ooma portal without any problem. Come on, Ooma.....fix this bug.

This thread was about a problem with Spectrum's service. That was not Ooma's bug to fix.
