Setting up voicemail notifications fails

I get this error message:

An error occured.
Unable to save email settings at this time.

Could not save email notify settings

(30630/610)

I'm trying to set up email notifications for voicemails.

Why is it failing, and how can I make it work?

Well, that issue is resolved as well. I was able to save the voice message notification settings.
