telo - driect go to voice mail

I have installed Telo and setup voice mail to start recording after 6 rings, however, after I left voice message, and try to dial the phone# again , it directly went to voice mail and no ring, what is wrong? How to fix it? thx

Is the envelope button on your Telo lit? If so, hold it down for 3 sec. to turn off "do not disturb".
