first i bought premier through the website by clicking on the premier addon. it mentioned the it included a free porting of a phone number which i want to do. the process went through. no prompts regarding porting the phone number.
then i went to the port number addon page and there was an option for porting and buying an annual premier subscription. i don't want to buy another year of subscription, just want to start the porting process.
this option should have been available on the premier addon page as well.
so now, what's next? call customer service tomorrow, i guess.

If you have already purchased the premier service, go ahead and "purchase" the $39.99 number port. I say "purchase" because on your side, you will be purchasing the number port. ooma then reviews your account, and if they say that you already purchased a permier, then they waive the fee - the charge does not show up on your credit card statement.
