Unable to receive calls

Post by fl93 » Sat Jan 16, 2010 5:28 pm

I Activated my hub on1/12/10 and have not been able to receive calls.I spoke with customer service and they gave me a repair ticket # and said that it should be fixed within 48 hours.
I called back 2 days later and was given the same story. It is now 4 days and I have'nt heard from anyone. When I call my # from my cell phone, the message says that I have reached a non working #. When I call from my landline the message says unable to complete call. Can any one help. I am getting fustrated.

Can you make calls?
Does the caller ID when you call someone else match what you believe is your ooma number?

Yes I can make calls and my caller ID comes up. I can not receive calls, unless it is from another ooma user.

Only Ooma can fix that problem They have to sort it out with the local phone company that handles the exchange that your number is in.
