We are on it. Looks like a server upgrade that went awry. We backed out the change and are working to stabilize the system.

I noticed it around 4pm EST. I tried rebooting the system. Unplugging, turning off the modem give it 30 seconds and plug in and turn the modem back on. So far so good.

Maintenance that would be service impacting is done during early morning maintenance windows.
