Lovin' my Ooma!
We've had the system installed since early January. Our number finally ported about a month ago. After the port process was complete, we did have an echo, but with community forum help and the knowledge base, we learned how to configure QOS. We also had our ISP bump up our broadband to 16M. Now I don't want to jinx anything, but have to report, it's working like a gem and we're so happy to be liberated from phone companies. Thank you Ooma and thanks to everyone who contributes to the forums!!!

Re: Lovin' my Ooma!
My Ooma Telo just plain works. Since getting a new number in my AC and proper prefix, I couldn't be happier. VM works as advertised, which was not the case with the other two products I tried. I have a download of almost 12 mb and an upload of near 1 mb, the Telo is plugged into my router, and voice quality is excellent. Would be hard-pressed to denote a difference between Ooma and my old POTS.
Hope Ooma continues to stay on top of this market.
The only negative might be their weak Tech Support interface, but hopefully they are working to improve that facet of their business.

New Ooma Telo user - hoping for the best, since I've already tried two of the worst... MJ and TK6000
