Adding a second number

When I want to add a second number, it asks for the area code and exchange. Why doesn't the page simply list available exchanges in that area code? I am in 703 area code and have an Ooma number there. I want to get a number in the 239 area code. So I have to guess and ask about 60 different exchanges around Naples just to get a negative response. It would be much simpler for the customer if Ooma listed available exchanges. Other internet phone services do that. It would help the customer tremendously. Thanks.
