Call Logs empty?
I noticed that my call logs are empty since last evening (I did not check before that). I tried FF and Chrome browsers. Still not back yet.
Nothing in Ooma service status page other than "intermittent slowness". Is this account specific or some Ooma bug?

Re: Call Logs empty?
It must be account specific because my call logs are fine.

Re: Call Logs empty?
My logs are completely empty. Used Firefox and Safari. Can we please get an Ooma person to write on this? For many of us, this record of calls is essential and one of the important uses of Ooma.

Re: Call Logs empty?
Ok, to workaround this issue - try browsing to Preferences->Phone Numbers first after you login. Then navigate back to the call logs page.
We're working on a more permanent fix.

OOMA was probably tweaking something I noticed (or at least my app noticed) some changes in the interface AND in how the data was formatted for presentation.

Work around gets the job done for now - thanks. Note that selecting the "Incoming" "outgoing" and "missed" links on the left menu does not filter the results.Bobby B wrote:Ok, to workaround this issue - try browsing to Preferences->Phone Numbers first after you login. Re: Call Logs empty?
Yes, workaround ok but another question. My calls go back only to five pages@100/page or 500 calls +/-, to February. Is there a limit to how many calls can be stored in the log - when things are working correctly, that is. Thx.
Re: Call Logs empty?
Yes, the logs are automatically purged of entries that are more than 60 days old. If you want to keep them longer, you can export them to MS Excel and save them locally.regina.carmel wrote:Yes, workaround ok but another question.
