Call Logs and Voicemail for second line

Hi,

I'm trying to find the call logs and voicemail for calls made to my second line. Where can I find these? I only see calls and voicemail to my main line.

There is a separate My Ooma account for your 2nd. number. Log in using that number and you should see your logs.

Yes. You are correct. If the 2nd. number is shared, I believe the call log for the main number will show both. But, someone with more knowledge on that may want to chip in.

Thanks, that worked. I had to setup a new password for the second line, but everything seems to work fine now.

Kinda wish that all lines were shown from one account, but this will do for now.
