I plugged mine in and it worked right away. Make sure it is fully inserted. Ooma name should be out and in normal orientation when plugged in. There is a small flashing blue light to show you it is working. Then set up per site instructions.

Someone was saying that calls coming in on your cell phone paired up also shows up on my ooma call logs, is that true? I was kind of surprised when he said that.
