Personal blacklist
Well the personal blacklist service is unavailable problem is back. I can't add any numbers to my personal blacklist - it immediately gives the service is unavailable error.

Today, when I logged in to add another number to my personal blacklist, the enable personal blacklist option was turned off and all of my numbers (50+ entries) were gone. When I activated a chat with a support agent, I was told to just reenter the numbers. and that I could rebuild them from the call logs. I have been using Ooma for almost a year, so to me that is not an acceptable answer. I did not turn off the blacklist option. I have accessed the Ooma site using Chrome on a PC and Safari on an Ipad. As noted elsewhere I sometimes would get service unavailable messages. And when using the Ipad, I must the full site because many options do not function in the mobile version.
