OK, that indicates your Hub is not connected to your network, but who knows what you have it connected to - directly to your modem or to your router? What kind of ISP do you use (cable or DSL), what kind of modem and/or router do you use? How is everything connected?
It's pretty hard to help if every bit of info has to be pulled from you. There's lots of folks here willing to help (not so many this time of night) but you have to be willing to provide details. Too much info is better than too little.

That means the hub is unable to connect to the internet.
Please describe in detail how everything is connected together.
What kind of internet service do you have (cable, DSL, FIOS etc.)?

No further response... so probably fixed at this point. But for all who may experience an outage, it also helps to know the general area where your Ooma is connected (e.g. zip code, area code, city, or general location). By adding some basic information, it helps to determine whether the problem is confined to an individual or a specific area as opposed to a system wide failure.
