Privacy Tab

I noticed today that the check box for keeping my number private was un-checked. When I went to check it and save, it wouldn't save. I want to keep my number private and would appreciate any help in keeping it that way.

Update - After talking to customer service, they were able to activate the call blocking feature.

My privacy tab had also been reset for the 4th or 5th time. The message, "setup is 80% complete" always occurs before the reset. When I complete and save it, the privacy setting sometimes stays for a day or two or a week .

To insure my privacy, I must have all calls forwarded to my cell phone.
