Ooma makes it tough for Port Out

Hi,

I am trying to port out to T-Mobile and Ooma is making it tough. Everytime the request is submitted, I get rejection

These are the exact details we are entering:
First name: OOMA
Last name: INC
PIN: 0000
Address: 1880 Embarcadero Rd
City: Palo Alto
State: CA
Zip: 94303
Account Number: 1+<10 digit ooma home number>

TMobile wants pin to be entered. Ooma customer service mentioned that "0000" should be OK. What are my next steps?

I am in the exact same state as you. Did you ever get a PIN from Ooma?
