Has anyone else experienced billing issues? I was told that I would be billed on the 12th of the month automatically. I checked my account and found that they have not billed me at all. I dont' like my card being held up like that. Just wondering if this is common with others?
I will be using prepaid cards moving forward and unlinking and unauthorizing future payments from my current card on file after this September payment.
My chat session was rudely ended by support.... I remain hopeful
