After posting here, and with Mojo's help, I received an email acknowledging receipt of all needed material. I filed my papers via email on the 14th of January, and am still awaiting action being taken. It's over three weeks at this point, so I guess I will fall into the four week section of the 3-4 weeks.
I do love the service, but am having some slight problems in that when I'm talking on the phone, the number rolls over to my old comcast voicemail,
and I don't always know that... Kind of a pain because I'm missing some phone calls. Plus, I would like to save money.
