Audio-volume default for voicemail

In Ooma Lounge or emails containing voicemail sound files, the default audio volume is set to maximum, which is much too loud for me.

Is there a way to reduce the default audio volume in both Ooma Lounge and emails containing voicemail sound files?

Right now, there isn't a way to reduce the default volume in the Lounge. Perhaps in the future this could be rolled into a global lounge preferences page where you could set items like volume, default login page, call log sorting preferences and more.

The volume for my voicemail (played over the speaker) is too low. How do I increase it? I have turned the volume knob all the way up.
