Phone does not ring, goes right to voice mail, help...

Hi,

I just installed my Omma service and everything seems fine except that my phone does not ring and goes right to Omma voice mail. Am I missing something? I have the settings set to 5 rings before going to voice mail. Thanks in advance!

push your voice mail button (envelope sign on button) for about 2 second and let it go you should be good to go.

I had this problem when my porting was complete. The voice mail button was not set to goto voice mail. If your voice mail button is ok, try this. I called OOMA support and I had to reboot (unplug and plug) the HUB. That reset the HUB to my ported number. So save a call and try rebooting the plug.
