Outging Caller ID
I have noted that my outging ID show someone else's name. I have sent an email to customer service to report this. But no one reply my email, and the problem is still there. Any one here can help me?

How long have you had ooma? If you are a new user, you have probably been issued a number that was previously assigned to someone else. You will have to wait until your name propagates through the caller ID databases.

I have been with ooma for two weeks. I also have not received my $50 international call rebate. How long should I wait?
