Is the beeping coming from the telo speaker?
Does the beep sound like the one you hear when sound effects are on and you press a key?
You can toggle sound effects on/off by dialing *#*#511.

When sound effects are off no sounds should come from the telo.

It is coming from base. How do you know if you are putting sound effects on or off? i dial the number and hear the beeping but it doesn't say if you are putting the sound on or off?

After dialing the number press a key, e.g. trash, and you will either hear a bong tone or not depending on whether sound effects are on. Also with sound effects on the telo will speak 1-4 when you adjust volume levels.

If it happens every morning at 6:03am it's more likely the sounds are not coming from the telo. Try to isolate the issue by moving the telo away from other equipment.

Beeping definitely coming from Ooma base. Sounds like others have similar issues and needs to be corrected because it is VERY annoying.

Sound effects were back on. They're now off again. You should now hear no sounds when touching any of the keys. This is a temporary workaround for the problem where the touch panel mistakingly thinks someone is pressing keys. When you reported this to support they should have done this for you and then escalated the problem to a higher tier. Please contact support and request an RMA.

Received a new Ooma base, set it up and the next day it beeped at the same time, so that isn't the fix. I was going to attach a recording of this sound to this post but it wouldn't accept the file "rejected as possible attack vector" Very frustrated and if this can't be fixed seriously considering cancelling. : (
