I take back what said. Everything is fine with the exception of the ooma connection tone. It saves ok if you select anything but "disabled". Select disabled, and it reverts back to "classic(default)" after navigating back to system preferences.

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
Prior to this, all ooma lounge website features have worked properly on this computer running Firefox 2 and Safari 3 on Windows XP SP3 with the exception of the website loading painfully slow.
As I indicated earlier, I was able to make these changes using IE 7 on this computer or in either Firefox 3 or Safari 3 on my Windows Vista computer.
It seems unlikely that this an OS specific issue, but for me that seems to be the case.

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
I tried to send an email using your support email on the contact page several days ago using Firefox. It did not work. I got an error message. I then tried with Internet Explorer and did not get the error but am not confident that the message went through since the result was a blank page with "Done" in the lower left corner. I sent two of them and have not received a response from ooma for either one. They were on different subjects.Dennis P wrote:For those who are reporting that their browser is not working, could you please check if the problem is just isolated to the "system preferences" page, or if other preference pages are also not saving your changes? It would also be helpful if you could note whether it used to work for you in that browser (before today's upgrade).

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
I used IE and like the post above says, I can change any tone and it saves, but if I chose "disable" it reverts back to "default".
Other places in the lounge changed with no problem.
Thanks,
Wayne

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
As an update, my setting is still on "default" but I no longer hear the ooma tone upon answer, so it is actually "disabled".

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
Got it. So it looks like when you disable the connect tone, we are saving the preference properly and it takes effect. However, if you go back to the page and look at your setting, it will revert to "Classic (default)". We're testing the fix internally right now and plan to have it rolled out this afternoon. Thanks for everyone's help in isolating the problem.

Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
ooma tone in lounge is now showing "disabled".
Tone is disabled on my phone line.
Thanks!

I set mine to disabled, but I still get the tone.
Re: 10 digit & ooma Connection Tone page not working
This does not involve the ooma tone that you get when you pick up the phone. It refers to the tone that is played when the called party answers the call.
