Unbelievable...this does not make any sense: it does not say anything about the problem (s)..
it is just an accusation addressed to Ooma.. as if they sabotaged his hardware... hard to believe!

Does anyone know how long the shipment delay is ? They had told me 5-7 days -- it's now 19 days. Customer svc confirmed that my order is in but didn't provide a timeframe or tracking info . . .

I ordered it on 4th November.
No Shipping notification so far. But I guess if someone is waiting for 19 days then I am much behind the queue.
BTW, I was also informed that it will take 5-7 days.

I ordered mine a week ago (11/8) and haven't received a shipping notification either. I'll assume they won't actually charge credit cards until the product actually ships? I need to check my online statement to confirm this assumption.

Burtiso, ccdugga, kimpal : Your orders are in the RMA queue. As dlherrin said they're backed up due to big response.
ccdugga, support missed an item in your initial order on 10/27, it was updated on 11/8.
mhowie, your forum email address doesn't match the one on your Ooma account so I can't look it up.
