Hello

I recently moved, and so far I have been unable to set up my Ooma devices at my old location. I have an Ooma Hub and an Ooma Scout. i would also like to transfer my old phone number to my new location.

Why does it matter what you souldn't do at your old location?

Can you set up your Ooma devices now? If not, what errors are you getting?

While your hub is off line all of your calls to the number associated with your hub will go to voicemail. You can access them either with your computer or by calling that number and at the prompt, press * then enter your pin.

You don't need to do anything to take your number with you - it will follow you where you take it and plug it in. This assumes that you didn't do the dreaded landline integration. If that is how it was configured before, then you will have to transfer your old landline to your new location and plug it in like you did before. If that is how you had it set up, then I would recommend getting a new ooma number from customer service and doing away with landline integration.

Remember when you move your ooma, you need to update your contact information on my.ooma.com Account/Service address so that emergency services know where to send help if you call 911.

Let us know if we missed something or if you are trying to do something else and I misunderstood.
