Question about Premiere year + free item bundle

I'm still in my 2 months of free Premier, but I already ported my number over. If I choose to sign up for a year of Premier and pick the free porting, with the porting cost ($39.99) be refunded or is this only good if you haven't ported yet?
Also is the handset worth it? I'd pick that over the porting bundle. I also what the blue tooth adapter, but as that's the cheapest of the items, it's worth it to bundle the Premiere with the headset or porting.
