I'm having the same problem. I use multi-ring (to an AT&T iPhone) and for the last 2 weeks or so all I get is 111-1111.
Has this bug fix been pushed out to production? It's quite a problem for me.

Same thing has been happening with my Simultaneous ring on Cell Phone for about 2 weeks. My call log is full of
"111-111-1111" entries, but home phone caller ID shows correct numbers.

New Ooma Telo 45073 Fimware that is being pushed out to all customers this week may fix this issue. Check your firmware version, and when you receive Ooma Telo 45073 Fimware, test.

I think this is probably bug 9659. "1111111111" typically gets displayed if there's no caller-ID. In the case of bug 9659, it seems to be filling in "1111111111" even if there's a valid caller-ID number. The fix is scheduled to be deployed tomorrow afternoon on our forwarding server.

Yes, it seems that as of Thursday , April 7, 2011 the calls are being forwarded correctly. It makes a huge difference, believe me. So all is well with the world once again. Now I can move on and solve the Libya thing.
