Ooma user does have bills to pay, if so, it is monthly or annual ...and how much.
Ooma premier is mandatory to have it?
Fees ( e.g deporting fee )applied before any Ooma user to apply for Premier are them deductible .

I get charged ~ $3.5 per month for tax and fees.
Premier is not required to buy.
If you select Premier, they charged me up front for the year ~ $129 after the free 2 month period. You get 2 months of Premier free when you start OOMA, I believe if you dont want to continue, you must call and opt out. I assume that when your year is up, they will re-charge for the next year of Premier
