Bad News / Good News Story:
My 2 replacements lasted only 11 months, about the same as the original batteries. I called and complained and was shipped a pair of replacements free with a shipper to send back the defectives, so it seems they are starting to listen regarding this issue.
I suggest we be less shy and ask for the support we've paid for when we bought the original units!
