Update 45073
Yes, so far this update seems to be an improvement. Haven't been able to test for a latency reduction yet, and currently the latency is the only problem I've been seeing; I never experienced the missing-number-on-CallerID. The auditory feedback to keystrokes is a great convenience. Kudos, Ooma, and lots of it.
Re: Update 45073
I did not get my firmware yet
My Telo was down on Fri due to internet interruption until I got to fix it this AM. I hope I did not miss my turn. BTW, if I am skipped, how does this work, back of the line for a second try? Anyone know?

Re: Update 45073
We are about at the end of the projected rollout, according to an earlier post, and my Telo still shows 43368. Has the schedule been slipped a bit, or I am I an exception? My Telo is sitting behind my router, but hopefully that isn't a problem.

Nope, you're not an exception as I have not received mine yet either. Hold tight - the last time my Oom's FW was updated took longer than everyone else as well.vicw wrote:We are about at the end of the projected rollout, according to an earlier post, and my Telo still shows 43368. I'm waiting in the wings as well.vicw wrote:We are about at the end of the projected rollout, according to an earlier post, and my Telo still shows 43368. Has the schedule been slipped a bit, or I am I an exception? My Telo is sitting behind my router, but hopefully that isn't a problem.

Re: Update 45073
For some of us who are experiencing issues related to items corrected in the recent firmware update (as noted in release notes); it would be appreciated if OOMA would be more forthcoming with information regarding the release process, release schedule, and any details that might make it possible for users to kickoff the update from the user side. Having to check the setup.ooma.com webpage everyday to see if the device was updated is really a poor system.

I understand that there is some kind of problem and delay/hold for the new Ooma firmware updates.perkins_j99 wrote:For some of us who are experiencing issues related to items corrected in the recent firmware update (as noted in release notes); it would be appreciated if OOMA would be more forthcoming with information regarding the release process, release schedule, and any details that might make it possible for users to kickoff the update from the user side. We are restarting the rollout of 45073 - all Telo users should have it by middle of next week.

Re: Update 45073
Mine just updated to 45073 this afternoon.
One immediate surprise to me is that attempting to access it via the IP address now gets a 404 - NOT FOUND error, unless the IP address is followed by the individual screen names, such as /home.lp, /internet.lp, etc.
