Hello,

Not sure I understand. In My Ooma, you are unable to go to Account>Billing History & drill down on details.

I'd like to know why I was billed $10 when I signed up for service. Customer service is slow to reply. The first three months were supposed to be 'free' with the upgrade. I realize that there are about $3.50 or so of taxes but why the charge on the credit card from the get-go?
Thanks in advance!

Sign into myooma.com. Check your "pre-paid account" section in the "dashboard" or "home" display. Is the balance $10? If so, this is a pre-paid account that you agreed to fund for international calling when you set up your account (10 bucks is one of the defaults).

I went to myooma then to billing history,to account, to everywhere and could not find a statement. I called support and "Ricki" in support said that it is Ooma policy NOT to provide a billing statement. The only thing I can get is a statement after it is paid. I asked him several times point blank and he kept saying that Ooma does not provide an invoice, billing statement or anything else before my credit card pays off.

Kipp:
were they able to tell you what the $10 you were billed was for? I wasn't charged anything during signup/activation or at anytime during the first month. My first bill was in the second month and was for the expected $3.47 taxes.

Tomcat: The 10 bucks issue was an unrelated second question asked by taz1357.

Ahhh, thank you! I didn't catch that.
