Caller ID working only periodically
Hi - I received great service from you folks awhile back. However, I still have a caller ID problem since I bought the product. I recently upgraded my DSL package in hopes that this would help, but it had no effect.
My problem still remains that I am only getting caller ID periodically. It seems all my other issues have been resolved. can anyone help?

Can you clarify a couple of items:
- Are you using your ooma box with a landline, or standalone (pure VoIP)?
- Are you having problems receiving caller-ID on all phones? Specifically, do you have a phone connected to the ooma Hub and does that phone have problems showing caller-ID?
- What type of phone are you using (make and model)?
