I would not expect a port to complete on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.

My landline went out on Monday, and still no port. Not only that, but you have to rant and rave to get any information out of OOMA. A quality company is proactive and advises its customers of problems.

OOMA customer care has a long way to go.

Like others have said, It might not be ooma at all. Mine went just fine, except for the outage the other day. It was only 9 days from start to finish

I got an email from OOMA about 2 weeks before port was complete giving the exact date, April 1, sure enough at midnight April 1 Verizon line was dead

And hopefully your Ooma number took over?

Yes, the old verizon number was then associated with the ooma hub. A test call from my cell phone to my home number lit up the ooma box

I guess I got lucky. Faxed the porting agreement 3/27/09, number was ported yesterday and working perfectly by 5:30pm. My landline was with Verizon.
