Telo Handset Critique

Although I like Ooma's service a lot, I'm not too crazy about the Telo handset for these reasons:
1) Speaker volume is very faint. Yes, I've set the volume to MAX, but I'm 72 years old and need quite a bit more.
2) Screen is small and not very bright. When going through contact list, it takes a lot of scrolling since it only shows a few names at a time.
3) Handset is quite small and buttons are, too. I'd prefer a more "substantial" unit (like my old cordless phone).
4) When scrolling through contact list, there is no way to scroll from bottom of list up, rather then top down. When I'm calling the "Young" family, that's a lot of clicking.
