Blown speaker on ooma Telo unknown if still under warranty and I have Lifetime Premier, if the ooma Telo is no longer under warranty and I buy another do I lose my Lifetime Premier? I will try and contact CS tomorrow to see if i'm still under warranty.

Thanks,

I seem to remember that Lifetime Premier came with a 3-year warranty. You might want to check with CS to see if that is the case. If so, then they will send you a new one that is already activated on your account and a label to return the old one.

Let us know how it works out.

My understanding is that you will always have Lifetime Premier. The warranty is what goes away. As long as you are willing to buy a new Telo unit (if out of warranty) you will be able to keep your Lifetime Premier. This is a great deal if a Telo unit never breaks and a good deal if it does happen to break. I am on my 2nd year of my 3 year warranty with my Lifetime Premier.

Just got off chat with Ooma. My Telo is out of warranty and basically they won't do anything. Agent suggested to use an answering machine to hear my messages. It's this little stuff that is going to sway my Ooma recommendations from now on. Lame.

How much money have you saved in almost 4 years?
What do you expect Ooma to do? Your Telo provided almost 4 years of service and I am sure you saved a ton.

Connect a speakerphone to the Telo and dial your own number to listen to your messages.
Use an HD2 handset to listen to your messages.
Listen to your messages on the my.ooma web site.
