Where do I find this version number? At the top of my device pages is "Version: 52474"

You have a Telo, not a hub.

For an Ooma Hub, access Ooma Setup by typing
http://172.27.35.1 in a computer that is connected to the Ooma Hub Home port, or a computer that is connected to a Router that is connected to the Ooma Hub Home port. The firmware version is located at the upper right side of the Ooma Setup page that opens.

Actually it only appears at the top of the Status page.
