Blacklist failure

I have some numbers on my personal Blacklist, and have account settings to caller blocked message. I am still getting voicemails on my system from the same caller / same number. Any suggestions?

What did you configure your blacklist to do?
It sounds like it is set to go to voicemail.

I also have had a blacklisted number get through today. Did something change?
