Have a free trial of premier right now and I know I am paying taxes. I'm wondering if the premier pricing $9.99/ mo includes taxes or is it $9.99 plus taxes?

The premier subscription fee will not incur a sales tax unless you are in WA or CA (perhaps more states will force Ooma to charge sales taxes later). The monthly Regulatory Rcovery Fees will be the same as what you are paying now and is charged per main device basis.

Ok-so what you are saying is that if I keep Premier, it's $9.99 plus the $3.78 I pay in fees?

Yes if you are outside of WA and CA.
