Has your credit card been charged?

My credit card was charged that morning. I haven't heard anything since then.

Mine arrived this afternoon. Couldn't be easier to setup. Works as advertised. Looks like HD2 will be a keeper. :D

Also look into the New Linx DECT Wireless phone port extender, which allows you to call in/out using Premier with two regular phones, seen at https://www.ooma.com/products .

Hey Bill, when did you order your HD2? I don't know whether I should be worried, but I wish I knew whether my order is being fulfilled.

Also, have any people who have received the HD2 noticed any issues with functionality? I have seen complaints about the original Ooma handset on Amazon concerning delays when answering, the charging cradle, audio quality, loss of connection to the Telo, etc.

I ordered my Ooma on the 18th and my Debit card was charged immediately. I received two e-mails on the 22nd, one from Ooma and one from Quantum View with UPS tracking number. I received the HD2 on the 23rd. The Ooma was shipped from Palo Alto, CA, which is about 140 miles from me.

I have made and received a few calls with good quality on both ends and non of the issues you just described. I had the original handset for about two days before returning it. The only issue I have noticed so far is figuring out how to add photos to my contacts, but I haven't spent much time on that.

Wow...I ordered on 10/17. Credit card was charged immediately. Have gotten no emails regarding anything at all from them. Just spoke to them on chat and still no information. All I was told was that I would receive an email with tracking information once it is shipped. Ridiculous.
