not able to call out

I receive calls, but cannot call out, have tried disconnecting power to device for 1hour but no results, also tried *98 before number but still get busy signal.
Also cannot get into my account info on home page. Any advice?

Enable 10 digit dialing, save, wait 5 minutes and try.

Sometimes when some of your My Ooma Settings aren't quite correct this will happen. Go to the following sites and remove check marks and save. Then test making and receiving calls, restoring check marks one by one, until you find what is causing the problem. Some times you may have to have to wait for up to an hour for the Ooma Servers to recognize your My Ooma Changes.
