I tried the same setup as your setup, with the same results as you had. I seems like I had to "hold my mouth" just right to get it to work.sberube wrote:I tried with 2 regular phones.
one cordless, one corded and both were very finicky to get the double flash working. I did ultimately get the timing right but it wasn't as easy as it should be

Re: Double-Flash 3 way conferencing
Does using the double-flash 3 way conference method require Ooma premier service? Or can it be done using Basic?

Re: Double-Flash 3 way conferencing
Well I can call 2 numbers easy. Call the first, then hit flash on my panasonic phone, then after the dial tone dial the 2nd. I figured out how to use the flash to connect them before but cannot do it now! I think it was one or 2 long flash button. Can't get it to work! Well next thing, called 1st number, flash, call 2nd number, then *3 and it seems to work.

I think it is a premier feature. I just added it to do some 3 way calling. It can be month to month which I am doing since I don't always need it.

Conferencing is a premier feature. The *3 method was added because the double flash method doesn't work with all phones.
