I have a uniden Dect 6 system. Is it possible to pair one of these dect 6 handsets to the Telo for the instant 2nd line?

You won't be able to directly pair an off-the-shelf DECT phone with the Telo. To take advantage of the Instant Second Line, you'll need either an HD2 handset or a Linx.
