OK, now I'm getting a bit hacked off.

Every time the HD2s get their firmware updated, it blows off the favorites list I have stored on the phone. I am getting tired of having to re-enter these each time.

Is there a way to do this from the my.ooma.com portal? If not, there should be.

In the past some of the User Selected HD2 handset Menu slections would disappear during a firmware update or even a HD2 handset reboot. But that problem was supposed to have been fixed.

I've never used the Favoritres menu in the HD2 handset, because I've always used the HD2 Phonebook Menu.

But I sat up a couple of contacts in the Favorites Menu and will wait for another Ooma firmware update to see what happens.

I've reproduced the problem and will update the bug.
