I cancelled this service months ago, why am i still being charged a yearly ( and monthly) subscription fee. I will be contacting my bank as soon as they open; to dispute this charge. Some one please cancel this account.

We all need to share our frustrations with this company. Buyer beware.

I have been trying to cancel my Ooma service since May. Ooma support "chat" tells me that this can only be done by phone, speaking with a specialists. Well, you can't get a specialist on the phone in order to speak with them so that services can be canceled. I'm stuck in a loop...

This has been going on since May. :!: :cry:

I am disputing all charges since May with my Amex and sharing my story with all of you. Buyer beware. This is an inept customer service system at best or purposefully difficult to manage at worst.

Best way to cancel....get a virtual credit card...most credit card banks have them...only put a $1.00 on it.

Change your payment credit card to the virtual one.

When OOMA tries to charge you it bounces.

Another way is to get a new replacement card with a different number tell your bank it was lost or damaged.

Charges should not post to a lost card.
