I have an iphone 6 with iOS 11, and I am also experiencing bluetooth issues. It pairs fine, but when I answer with our "landline" handset, the call is dropped and I get an ooma dialtone.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

The iOS 10+ BT fix in 214329 currently only works for Telo2, not Telo1.

Thank you for the quick reply. Is there any chance for a future fix for the Telo1? And if yes, any timeline? Thanks again!

I have an iphone 7 running IOS 11.2 and a telo running firmware 240828. I paired the phone with the bluetooth adapter, selecting IOS 10+ compatibility. When I get a call on the cell phone, my HD2 handset rings, I answer the handset and after 1-2 seconds the handset disconnects. The call is active on my phone, my phone shows the Ooma Telo as the audio device but there is no active connection as far as the HD2 is concerned.
I called support they said the handset needed to be reset to the base, they initiated a reset (which dropped the support call). I reconnected the handset to the base, same symptom. I repaired the mobile phone, same symptom, I rebooted the telo base, same symptom.

For newer phones (iPhone 6s and higher) the 'IOS 10+ compatibility' needs to be unchecked. Went ahead and did that for you. I also disabled the 'Allow incoming Bluetooth audio transfer' checkbox because there's a bug with that feature on telo1. Checking that box is only needed if you want to be able to transfer a call answered on your iPhone to the telo.

Unfortunately that did not help. It works with my wife's iPhone 8 but with my iPhone 7 the HD2 handset disconnects a second or two after answering.
