HELP!! I also have the exact same issue after I replaced my router (old router died). All internet devices are working except for the Ooma. The Ooma initially worked (blinking Blue), but switched inexplicably to rapid red flashing after about two days of functioning well.
- All lights on the unit are lit
- Ethernet port on back is solid green, flashing orange
- Router says Ooma has a valid IP address (no conflicts)
- Ooma behaves as if it can't contact the coma server

I have done a factory reset, to no avail. I cannot access the coma setup page at 172.27.35.1 (even when jacking in directly via the PC). It says the server is not responding.

I was having the same issue with blinking fast red.
I had switched my router to Netgear Orbi, which had Disney Circle enabled. Disney Circle was filtering the traffic of my ooma telo. The ooma telo was able to connect without a problem after I disabled filtering in Disney Circle.

If your new router has a filtering service similar to Disney Circle, maybe try turning it off.
