Port out of ooma

I have been trying to port out my number from ooma to tmobile for a week now and so far I am not able to do so. I have called ooma support numerous times and they were not helpful at all. I was able to get a CSR via email, passed all the info to tmobile, but the port out keeps getting denied. I also researched online and found that my number is actually being carried by onvoy inc. I called them also but was told that ooma should be the one getting in touch with them and not me. This is very frustrating; ooma phone support aren't helping, and I feel ooma is just playing hard and taking my number hostage. Any help is highly appreciated.
