Using Ooma's address didn't work for me and I'm on my 8th try or so using my own address. ooma chat people are apparently helpless to do anything but make guesses like "Have you tried using another browser?"
If Ooma is going to provide customer support they need support people who can actually do something.
It really shouldn't be this hard.
