So now my port forwarding doesn't work

Since I installed Ooma, my Xbox, which I had been port forwarding ports 3074 (tcp/udp) and 88 (udp) now tells me that the NAT is not open for those ports. Nothing has changed on my network or xbox other than the ooma being installed on the cable line passing through to the router.
